I specialize in helping people overcome trauma, adjust though major life transitions, develop and maintain meaningful relationships, set healthy boundaries, build on strengths and coping skills to heal, and be the best version of themselves.

That’s a long story about my journey! I am grateful and blessed to be in this healing role, and for the people I have met along the way.

The therapeutic relationship in itself is healing. Therapy feels like a conversation with someone who cares, offering psychoeducation and objectivity to help you gain perspective and see a problem you’re dealing with from the outside looking in.
