I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor passionate about helping people feel heard and understood. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. My style is warm and supportive, using empathy, compassion, and sometimes humor.

I was drawn to becoming a therapist through a genuine passion for helping others and creating space for people to feel heard and understood. I’ve always valued deep listening and connection, which naturally led me to this field.

I work with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and difficult patterns. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space while also gently challenging you to grow. Outside work, I enjoy animals, art, nature, and a good TV show or book. I believe growth comes through reflection, self-compassion, and imperfection.
