I believe in the importance of collaboration, so forging a Therapeutic Alliance is important as it allows for trust and deeper therapeutic work to occur which will allow the individual to reach their goals effectively. This allows the individual to see, feel, and understand that as a therapist my values and morals are not important, the only thing that is of importance is what is impacting you as an Individual from fulfilling the goals and changes that are important to you.
