I approach therapy as a journey of taking back parts of yourself that have been lost to loss and harm, while discovering emerging new parts. Though our discussions are often heavy, I aim to smile and laugh with my clients through it all.

We will explore anxiety, feelings of hopelessness, stress and anger; around loss, personal responsibilities, connection, and even just taking up space in a chaotic world. We will take back parts of yourself and learn skills to integrate into your daily life to support and nurture your continual becoming.

My clients often feel that the world was not made for them, that they have always struggled to fit in, take up space, and maneuver the complexities of society in order to foster their own growth and development within the confines of that rejecting world.
