I believe it is important to have someone you can talk to, confide in, and seek guidance from, who understands how different lifestyles and how we are raised may challenge and contribute to conflicts, struggles, or stresses in our daily lives.

We work together to address mental health and behavioral concerns, as well as everyday stresses, challenges, and/or conflicts in the workplace, classroom, or with our family and/or community for better life balance.

I offer a unique bicultural perspective and approach to help people from various cultures, backgrounds, and beliefs.

I have experience in helping clients with anxiety, depression, stress, family and parent conflicts, and relationship issues. I also have experience helping people who have ADHD, autism, as well as cultural and generational conflicts.

Someone who understands how different lifestyles and how we are raised may affect our lives can play a key role in helping to achieve goals and needs.

I work with clients to create a warm, open, and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, person-centered, and psychodynamic.
