Most of my counseling experience consists of working with clients who have substance use issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment challenges.

I have a strong interest in developing good mental health. I became a counselor because I wanted to assist people in finding solutions for change.

My approach to counseling is based on the idea that people need to be intrinsically motivated in order to achieve positive changes in their lives. I have found that it helps clients to find fulfilling reasons to make productive changes.
