I will always tailor therapy to your needs as a collaborator. I believe you are the expert of your life. Whether you need to be heard and want to work your own thoughts out with talk therapy, or want a more directive approach, I am here to help you!

Together, we will:

talk about anything and everything you want and need to process through. We will navigate tough emotions together and find the best coping skills for you. If silence is needed, we will welcome it. Profanity is welcome. No topic is off limits.

I specialize in working with people who:

have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, and ADHD symptoms, and have struggled with relationships, jobs, tasks, and/or communication because of those things. I love to help people focus on what they can control and challenge negative thoughts.

I became a therapist because:

I know what it’s like to struggle and wanted to help others find their motivation, self-esteem, and life purpose as others have helped me.

I haven’t always fit the mold (ADHD), and am committed to ensuring that my therapy space is a sanctuary of warmth, acceptance, and genuine connection. My practice comes from a blend of personal experience and a heart that listens without judgment.
