I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to feel unseen, unheard, and overwhelmed by life’s pain—and I also know the power of healing.

At the heart of my practice is DNA Therapy and Creative Solutions, a name born from both personal inspiration and purpose—created alongside my son. DNA stands for Delete Negativity Always, as healing begins when we intentionally release negativity.
