My eclectic approach is built upon three core pillars: identity, acceptance and action to blend compassion with accountability. Together, we'll build a more empathetic understanding of who you are, giving you the tools to overcome challenges and live the life you want surrounded by the relationships you choose.

While healing past wounds, setting boundaries and bringing your vision of a healthier life into reality, we'll anchor your cultural values to emphasize authenticity and genuineness while restoring connection to yourself and others.

On the therapeutic journey, my role is to be your guide, safeguard and companion, with you as the director.

Supporting BIPOC and first-generation communities, I offer couple and family counseling, including premarital and co-parenting therapy. With individuals, I specialize in dating therapy, perinatal mental health and processing generational trauma.

My path to becoming a therapist actually started in my work as a nurse during COVID. Amidst the chaos, I discovered a deep purpose in building meaningful connections with people that wasn't best met in the nursing field. That insight turned into a passion after being inspired by the significant growth and healing that occurred after seeking therapy myself.
