I am a psychotherapist with a background in clinical social work and mindfulness-based yoga.
I'm an integrative psychotherapist with a background in clinical social work. My therapeutic style is active, collaborative, and respectful. I draw from various evidence-based, trauma-informed, strengths-based, and social justice-oriented approaches.
Throughout our work together, we will nurture curiosity and self-compassion toward challenging thoughts and feelings, enabling you to lead a more flexible and values-based life.
Though I've worked with folks from a wide range of backgrounds, I particularly enjoy supporting people hoping to better manage stress, anxiety, and OCD; heal from trauma; and more effectively navigate difficult life transitions.
I am explicitly LGBTQIA+-affirming, anti-racist, neuro-affirming, body-inclusive, poly- and kink-friendly, and dedicated to ongoing learning.
I offer in-person services for adults (18+) in Durham, NC and telehealth services for teens and adults (14+) located anywhere in North Carolina.
Whether you’re seeking a safe and inclusive space to share, process, or heal or hoping to expand on your strengths, you’re in exactly the right place. I look forward to meeting you!
