In my practice, I use the relational approach to tailor treatment to your unique needs. My initial focus is a strong therapeutic relationship. Im a firm believer that the client is the expert. My expertise in therapeutic intervention using CBT, Gottman, IFS, and EMDR. I also work with sex and porn addictions.

I work with clients navigating depression, trauma, and anxiety. While treatment varies for each presenting issue, the client can expect that the most immediate concerns are addressed first; while simultaneously working in collaboration to uncovering underlying issues using the relational approach.

The short story is, I was a Bailbondsman and saw the harmful effects of addiction. After losing a client that was really important to me, I felt the need to change careers and to help people.
