I specialize in working with men who carry a great deal of responsibility and often put the needs of others before their own. Many of my clients are professionals, healthcare providers, business owners, and fathers who struggle with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, relationship challenges, self-doubt, or questions about identity and purpose.

I became a therapist because I believe people are capable of growth, healing, and meaningful change when given the right support and space for reflection. I am passionate about helping others better understand themselves, navigate life's challenges, and develop healthier relationships with themselves and the people who matter most.
