My approach to counseling is rooted in the belief that everyone already possess the ability to make meaningful change, they may just need a little help getting there. I know every client is different and has varying needs, so I work to tailor my specific approach to the needs of the person. I believe collaboration is a key part of the counseling process.

Together we will work to help you gain the skills and tools necessary to begin making the change you want to see. We may explore your thought processes and behaviors to better understand where certain motivations and actions stem from. Working to rewire aspects of yourself can be difficult, but I would like to be there to help support you in your journey.

My clients would describe me as someone who combines personality and light-heartedness with empathy and discipline. I meet my clients where they are at, and work alongside them to reach the goals that we create. My overall goal as a counselor is to provide a space where clients feel heard and seen in order to make the change they are wanting to see in life.
