My goal in every session is to make you feel heard and supported, and have you leaving feeling a little better than when you initially came in.

Establish a collaborative therapeutic relationship where we work together in creating your goals. We will learn about what makes you uniquely you and work on the growth that you see for yourself. I will challenge you in every session to break the negative cycles and help you move towards positive change.
