My approach involves authentic relationships, compassionate care and collaboration, guided through a trauma informed lens. I use several modalities in my work, and with degrees in Counseling and Sport & Exercise Psychology, I view mental health from a holistic perspective.

First work to understand what your concern is while identifying where it originated from. Explore how the behavior or thought pattern exists in your everyday life. And lastly, make steps to create intentional change that is purposeful and feels manageable for you.

Warm and authentic. Present and helpful. Clients often find me to have genuine interest in their lives. I lead with curiosity when engaging with clients to understand them, providing a safe space to open up and share their inner thoughts and feelings with me.
