Elizabeth Jones

My work is grounded in the belief that every client, and every relationship, has a unique story and set of needs. I approach therapy as a collaborative, human process and offer a nonjudgmental space for you to be present, rather than perform. Using a holistic lens over labels, I aim to help those I work with feel both supported and challenged towards change.

Together, we can develop an understanding of the current patterns that may be keeping you or your relationship stuck, while building the skills and insights needed to support a fulfilling, aligned future. As we work through your concerns, we will also explore the stories that brought you here, tending to trauma and areas where healing may be helpful.

My clients describe my style as “care-frontational”: deeply compassionate but direct when needed. Therapy is a relational experience. Therefore, I lead with authenticity and genuine curiosity, often with a side of humor, and always underlined by a commitment to ongoing learning. This creates a grounded environment where meaningful transformation can occur.

Though I work with adults of all ages and relationships at every stage, I specialize in working with young adults and couples looking to build or strengthen their relationships with themselves and others.

I have seen firsthand how the right therapeutic fit can provide the space needed to heal, grow, and ultimately transform one's life. I wanted to be a part of this journey for others. It is an honor to work alongside my clients as they navigate life's challenges, discover their own resilience, and become the versions of themselves they want to be.

I enjoy working with individuals of diverse backgrounds and am LGBTQIA+ affirming. I also have extensive experience working with members of the military community and am a military spouse myself. In my free time, I am a serial hobbyist and enjoy cooking, making art, and anything that gets me outside.
