Therapy with me is educational and collaborative - you'll become an expert, and learn to effectively reach your goals. I use mindfulness and self-compassion skills, probably not how you've tried it before! Clients find my approach fresh and unique.
Together, we will:
Find out what's contributing to your pain, and disrupt the problematic cycle. I'll teach you skills you can use immediately to feel better day to day, and we'll also look at the past to learn how your relationships and experiences have shaped you.
I specialize in working with people who:
Can barely make it out of bed in the morning because of dread, anxiety, and hopelessness. People who unfairly criticize themselves for their own suffering. People who keep going through highs and back to lows, and just want some balance and rest.
I became a therapist because:
I know how miserable it can get, struggling all on your own. Sometimes it feels like nothing is working. I want to be there to help you find relief.
