I use an eclectic approach and value collaboration. In addition to my training at NCAT, I utilize my own cultural awareness as a 20-something Black woman to support clients with relationships, work/life balance, depression and anxiety, ADHD, & trauma

Develop a sense of stability and confidence, personal growth and self-esteem, overcome intimacy issues and break barriers of past trauma and toxic relationships.

I specialize in working with people who:

May experience anxiety, depression, imposter syndrome, stress, & burnout. I work to support clients in developing a sense of stability and confidence, personal growth and self-esteem, overcoming intimacy issues, and working to become their best self.

I became a therapist because:

I have always been passionate about social justice! I wanted to work with people one on one who I saw were struggling in my community.

Starting therapy doesn't always have to be done while in crisis. I know firsthand what it feels like to show up for myself, even when I don’t feel it. I provide practical, tailored tools to navigate circumstances and emotions in your daily life.
