I know what it was like to be the teenager that did not know who to turn to and how to manage my own emotions. I wanted to hold space and walk through the journey with clients so they no longer are feeling alone.

Throughout my career, I have supported children, adolescents, adults, and families through some of life’s most difficult seasons. My experience includes crisis intervention, intensive outpatient substance use treatment, family therapy, and residential treatment for adolescents experiencing substance use concerns.
