Explore life changes like big moves, new jobs or relationships, or identity changes. We will determine root causes of anxiety and depression, work on managing symptoms you experience. We will examine ways to implement healthy boundaries, and increase communication skills. We will identify ways you feel stuck and work to understand and remove those blocks.

Warm, funny, and real. As your therapist, I take a relational approach, to connect with you. I will challenge you explore areas in which you want to create positive changes. There will be times when we laugh together, when tears fall, and when we celebrate changes and movement toward your goals.

Are wanting to be challenged. Those who are ready to move toward growth but are unsure where or how to start. Those experiencing worry that limits them from living in the present. Those adjusting to a new "normal," and seeking support through change. I work with all kinds of clients across different backgrounds, and experiences.

I have always found myself connecting with others. I've been the co-worker asking how your weekend was, and wanted to be a support. I found that counseling aligned with my values, and it is how I want to contribute to my community.

I am located in Arden just south of Asheville, and see clients across North Carolina via telehealth. I have limited in-person availability at this time. I enjoy incorporating movies/television, music, and books of interest to my clients into our work, and feel that can be a means of communication, exploration and normalization.
