My approach is direct, but compassionate. I believe that you won't experience growth if we aren't willing to discuss, and work through the hard topics together, at your pace. I incorporate CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and person-center techniques into my practice. I am also trained in brainspotting, perinatal/postpartum mood disorders, and working on ERP training.

Together we will explore the triggers underlying your anxiety and depression, patterns of communication, and methods of coping with everything life throws at you. We will work collaboratively to learn new tools you can implement daily to make life worth living.

My clients would describe me as down to earth, calming, practical, and empowering. I am ready to meet you where you are, support you in a safe environment, and help you make changes that will reflect internally and externally.
