My goal is to help clients build practical coping skills and move toward healing and growth at their own pace.

I became a therapist because I’ve always been passionate about helping people feel seen, supported, and empowered. I value authentic connection and believe healing can happen when people are given a safe space to grow and rediscover their strengths. Being able to walk alongside others in their self-discovery journey is deeply meaningful to me.
