My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and move forward with greater confidence.

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. I'll listen to what brings you to therapy, what you've been experiencing, and what you'd like to work toward. There's no pressure to share everything at once. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, together we'll explore how therapy can best support your needs and goals.

I went back to school to do this work because I knew it was something I’d be good at that would also be helping people. I haven’t looked back since.

I have over 10 years of experience helping adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and difficult life experiences. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Together, we'll better understand what's keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and help you move forward with greater confidence.
