I specialize in working with adults who appear to have it all together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck on the inside. Many of my clients struggle with people-pleasing, self-doubt, relationship challenges, or major life transitions and want to reconnect with their confidence and sense of self.

I went back to school to do this work because I knew it was something I’d be good at that would also be helping people. I haven’t looked back since.

I have over 10 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and difficult life experiences. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Together, we'll better understand what's keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and help you move forward with greater confidence.
