I like helping strong-but-exhausted people finally put down the weight (emotional and sometimes physical) they’ve been carrying.

I’ve been in the mental health field for over 13 years, and I've seen too many people quietly holding it all together without real support. Between my professional experience and my own lived experiences with big life transitions, I knew I wanted to create a space where people could finally breathe, heal, and feel understood.
