I'm down-to-earth, supportive, and a little direct when you need it. I’ll help you see patterns, call out what’s keeping you stuck, and give you tools you can actually use in everyday life. I like helping strong-but-exhausted people finally put down the weight (emotional and sometimes physical) they’ve been carrying.

Unpack the heavy stuff, make sense of it, and find healthier ways forward. That might mean setting boundaries, healing old wounds, preparing for big life changes, or learning how to care for yourself without carrying everyone else’s load.

Real, approachable, and easy to talk to. They often say it feels like finally being able to breathe—and yes, we might laugh in session too.

Look strong on the outside but feel exhausted inside. That includes helpers who give everything to others, survivors healing from trauma, bariatric clients navigating life before and after surgery, and cycle breakers who are tired of carrying it all alone.

I’ve been in the mental health field for over 13 years, and I've seen too many people quietly holding it all together without real support. Between my professional experience and my own lived experiences with big life transitions, I knew I wanted to create a space where people could finally breathe, heal, and feel understood.
