I work with the whole of you, mind and body, not just the thoughts you came in with. A lot of my clients are high achieving and quietly running on empty, so we won't just talk about what's wrong, we'll notice what your body already knows and use that too. Expect warmth, honesty, and tools that actually work outside our sessions.

Talk therapy alone wasn't enough to help them, they needed their bodies included in the healing, not just their thoughts. That's the therapist I became: one who treats the nervous system as part of the story, not separate from it.

I'm the founder of R&R Integrative Counseling in Raleigh, NC, seeing clients in person and by telehealth across NC, SC, and PA. Practicing since 2021, I blend body-based therapy, relationship skills, and mindfulness tools, tailored to you rather than one-size-fits-all. I'm also training in ADHD and autism assessment for clients exploring neurodivergence.
