I'm the founder of R&R Integrative Counseling in Raleigh, NC, seeing clients in person and by telehealth across NC, SC, and PA. Practicing since 2021, I blend body-based therapy, relationship skills, and mindfulness tools, tailored to you rather than one-size-fits-all. I'm also training in ADHD and autism assessment for clients exploring neurodivergence.
