I specialize in working with people who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-functioning individuals who want to better understand themselves, regulate their emotions, and move through life with more clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

I became a therapist because I believe people deserve spaces where they can be fully seen, understood, and supported while navigating life’s challenges. My work focuses on helping clients slow down, understand their emotional patterns, and build the inner tools needed to move forward with greater awareness and resilience.
