I became a therapist because I believe people deserve spaces where they can be fully seen, understood, and supported while navigating life's challenges. I saw how many people were struggling silently while still showing up for everyone else. I wanted to create a space where people like you do not have to perform or have it all .

I blend talk therapy with a focus on how your body responds to stress and emotions. That means we do not just talk about problems. We also work on helping you feel more calm, present, and in control in your day to day life. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling like you understand yourself better and have tools you can actually use.
