About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

Warm, empathetic, compassionate, caring , non-judgmental, and supportive. I also like to laugh!

  • Something to know about my approach is:

I truly believe that the therapeutic relationship is the most important factor to bringing about effective change and I attempt to provide my clients with a supportive, safe, and judgment-free environment.

  • Together, we will:

Create goals that address the underlying issues that may be making your day to day life harder. My hope is that, through therapy, you begin to feel as though you are a better version of yourself!

  • I specialize in working with people who:

Have a history of trauma, struggle with focus and attention, feel anxious, depressed, or have mood fluctuations, and/or who are perfectionists. I also have substantial experience in working with military families and service members and caregivers.

  • I became a therapist because:

I wanted to help and I saw a need. I also was raised in the mental health field - my father has been practicing psychology for the last 50 years.

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I believe that anyone, no matter what their age or life experiences, can grow and change. I have experience with all ages and know therapy helps.

  • More about me and my practice:

Initiating therapy can seem frightening and, for a lot of us, talking about our feelings doesn’t come easy. I want everyone to know that it's normal to feel a little scared at first and that it is worth it to get your life back.
