I draw from attachment, somatic, and parts work to help you understand yourself with more compassion and choice.

Slow things down and get curious about what’s really going on beneath the surface. We’ll connect the dots between your past and present, notice the patterns that keep showing up, and explore what your mind and body are trying to tell you. You’ll learn to respond to yourself with more awareness, compassion, and choice.
