I started my own therapy at 9, after my parents' divorce. It taught me how quietly emotional wounds can follow you, and how much healing is possible when someone helps you feel safe. After 27+ years in El Salvador and the U.S., I now live in Puerto Rico.

I use EMDR, a therapy that helps painful memories lose their emotional charge, along with relational trauma work and practical CBT tools you can use between sessions. We go at your pace. The goal: less anxiety and guilt, stronger boundaries, and relationships where you no longer abandon yourself to keep the peace.
