Are you an LGBTQIA+ or gender-expansive adult looking for a therapist who truly understands and affirms you? I work with adults, including neurodivergent adults, people navigating ADHD or autism, dissociation, complex trauma, polyamory, or kink. I also support those healing from childhood abuse, neglect, or high-control family or religious environments.

Calm and supportive! You don’t have to explain, defend, or hide who you are in therapy. I believe you deserve a space where your identity, relationships, body, and experiences are respected—not judged or pathologized. If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or ready to better understand yourself, I’d be honored to work alongside you.

Our first session will be getting to know one another. I'll introduce myself and give you more information about me and my counseling background. I know how important it is to trust your counselor and we'll work on getting to know one another. I want to hear more about you, your life, and what's going well and what you want to work on improving.

It means a lot to me to hold space for individuals who have felt marginalized in some way. I want to make a positive difference in the world by helping those in the LGBTQ+ and/or neurodivergent communities feel seen and heard.

I offer individual counseling services through Vibrant Health Counseling and Teletherapy, LLC. I've been a licensed therapist for 4 years and in the field of social work for 9 years.
