I tend to work with people that are first time considering therapy and have never reached out before such as college students, new parents, millennials and gen-z.

I became a therapist because I wanted to be able to help others realize that mental health can be talked about and it does not mean you are "weak".

I offer only telehealth sessions. This allows you to be in the comfort of your own home and virtually anywhere in Ohio.
