I specialize in working with people who want to discover who they can become. The goal is not to fix you—you are not broken—but to create space, at your own pace, to meet the person you’ve always known you had the potential to be, while empowering you to choose what therapy looks like for you.

Truth is, if I weren’t a therapist, I’d probably just be an odd little human who cares about strangers, listens a little too closely, notices way too much, and actually expects an honest response when I ask "how you doing?" - Thankfully, I found a profession where all my these tendencies have become my superpowers.

Therapy with me is human. We may laugh, sit with hard truths, unpack patterns, process emotions, explore prophetic insight, or get serious about results—sometimes all in one session.
