I specialize in supporting the Queer community and Women who struggle with understanding their negative self-talk and beliefs that leads to feelings of anxiety, stress and self-doubt. I support those in grief as well as those who struggle with the stress and sadness of our reality.

I help clients to achieve self-actualization and personal empowerment through intuition, connection to nature, mindfulness and trauma/grief processing.

My clients develop a profound sense of self, increase resilience and create inclusive communities by living their truth. My clients feel supported and safe enough to explore their lives and identify their path forward.

Many of us feel disconnected from ourselves. Technology and the need to produce has bogged us down and disconnected us from who we are. I offer a space to slow down, breathe, explore your thoughts and feelings to identify who you are and where you'd like to go.

I have worn many hats from customer service, to animal welfare to aviation and becoming a therapist was the next part of my journey. I am happy when I can allow someone space to work through an issue or heal from their past. It's an honor to hold space for others and I am glad I am able to do so.

I have an office in Canton, Ohio and offer telehealth. I am paneled with other insurances, so please reach out to confirm. I offer ecotherapy for those in my area (sessions outside). I look forward to meeting you!
