I am certified in several trauma-informed therapies, as I often find that trauma is at the source of many issues. I use an integrative approach, drawing from several therapies, including EMDR, TF-CBT, IFS, DBT, and mindfulness/somatic based techniques.

I am all about making therapy a fun and empowering experience. It should be something that you look forward to, no matter how old.

I specialize working with adolescents, particularly those who have experienced trauma or are in challenging family situations. However, I am open to working with any ages as it is never too late to heal your inner child.

I believe our past experiences shape who we are, our current experiences shape how we feel, and we grow by reflecting on who we want to be.

I work in a practice with around 30 other therapists, so in the event that we are not a good fit, there are other clinicians who have different specialities and are more than willing to help out.
