I have a personable and creative approach to therapy. My belief is that therapy is collaborative: with you as the expert of your life and me as the expert on mental health. I am certified in EMDR, which is an intervention used to treat trauma. I offer a variety of other approaches such as CBT, creative expression, solution focused, etc.

Reconnect you to yourself and take charge of the roots fueling your distress. We will improve your motivation, self-esteem and overall enthusiasm for life.

Genuine, nonjudgemental and knowledgeable. Clients tell me that I have an ability to be supportive while also challenging them when necessary. I've also been told that I am professional while knowing when to just be human. I strive to meet clients where they are and pride myself on my ability to be flexible.

from a young age I knew I loved helping people. Having my personal experiences with mental health struggles, my goal is to empower others and pass on what I know works. I want to leave behind a glimmer of positivity in a world that can feel so hopeless and heavy for many and reduce the stigma around mental health.

I've worked in the mental health field for over 10 years and opened my own mental health practice in February 2024, which was a dream of mine for a long time. I have a cute golden retriever who one day (maybe in 2027) will be available to work alongside me and offer support to clients as well. She is in training!
