I have been a clinical social worker/therapist for 23 years. My clients would describe me as warm, collaborative, non judgmenta and strength based.

My approach is tailored to the needs of each client. I envision the counseling relationship as joining your journey. I provide kind, direct feedback and use a number of modalities including cognitive behavioral, narrative, and existential therapy.

Together we will examine your path in life, patterns and strengths. We will focus on self compassion and the narratives that you tell yourself that can leave you feeling stuck.

I work with those who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma and grief. I believe that humans are fundamentally resilient and will help you to tap into this resilience for a more meaningful life journey.
