as a recovered People Pleaser, I won't bullshit you. I'll let you in on my thought process so you never have to leave guessing! Parts work & EMDR are "like therapy magic". Clients share relief for finally finding something that resonates.

Together, we will:

streamline healing! We can set aside 12 hours of therapy to get right into the healing as opposed to doing 1 hour a week. With intensives, you get right into the work instead of "starting over" with a new therapist.

Life wasn't always easy - which is why I now provide a safe/kind helping space to support others' lives becoming easier.

I offer intensives so people can jump right into the healing! This is best for clients who have done some work in therapy and have some coping skills!
