I enjoy working with those who struggle with neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism, and more), anxiety/depression, and children with various mental health concerns. I always approach therapy with warmth, compassion, and thoughtfulness so people feel supported while getting the tools they need to make change.

I aim to create a therapy space that is collaborative allowing clients to identify what truly helps them create the change they wish to see. My ultimate goal is to provide a supportive environment along with tools that help make lasting change.

My clients describe me as warm, caring, calm, and thoughtful in my approach to therapy. These traits allow me to create a healthy therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe enough to explore what truly helps them reach their goals.

I specialize in working with ADHD and various childhood mental health concerns. I also enjoy helping those struggling with anxiety/depression, autism, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-harm/suicide, and trauma.

I became a therapist because being a safe/nonjudgemental space for clients and families is something I love to be. Managing life can be hard and I believe facing challenges in life is easier when there is a kind, accepting, and knowledgable professional there for support.

Since 2017, I have worked with a variety of people in my career first as a community based mental health therapist and then working in a outpatient setting before opening my private practice. I named my practice Thoughtful Bloom Therapy because I truly want all clients I work with in therapy to grow in ways that are intentional and make sense to them.
