I am partial to Rogerian theories and the need to provide impartiality and positive regard for others. My foundation includes thinking in terms of systems, especially family systems, and how those systems may influence us.

Set goals for therapy will take into account a broad aim for stabilizing symptoms you have prioritized and then narrowing that down to objectives and interventions to reach the goal.

I have been told by past clients that they feel like they can say what they need to say in session without the fear of being judged.

Currently, my practice consists of individual adults. Often, these folks are navigating a significant life transition and / or working through trauma from the past that seems to interfere with current life experiences and well-being.

I have had the great fortune to witness individuals transform their lives and that’s what keeps me motivated to continue practicing.
