I mainly work utilizing a combination of clinical modalities such as CBT, DBT, Behavioral therapy, Trauma-informed, Christian Counseling, Motivational Interviewing, and ACT to name a few.

I became a therapist because:

I was always meant to be a therapist! I began wondering about the lives and emotions of others at a very young age and was deeply empathetic.
