Q&A
My clients describe me as friendly and laid-back. They say I'm a good listener and that they appreciate that I know how and when to use humor.
I'll ask you to practice the skills you learn to aid in your self-awareness and self-reflection. The life of young adults can be overwhelming and therapy is sometimes uncomfortable, so I always try to balance seriousness with humor, when appropriate.
I'll help you explore who you are and who you want to become by building resilience and fostering self-awareness and self-reflection. Together, we’ll empower you to thrive, overcome obstacles, and confidently shape a fulfilling and purposeful future.
I really enjoy working with young adults to manage the many unique challenges young adulthood brings, including: identity and self-discovery, independence, anxiety and depression, stress, relationships, career uncertainty and finding your purpose.
I became a therapist in order to help others realize their inherent worth, value and potential through connection and guidance.
I offer in-person or online therapy. My office is centrally located and is within a 20 minute drive of almost anywhere in or around Dayton.
"Never Give Up" is our guiding message of hope. We envision a world where all people can experience healing and transformation. NGU Wellness strives to inspire long-term holistic wellness for its staff and the clients they serve.
