I am very well-educated and rely on my education and training. But I also rely on my many life experiences and my diverse career experiences as a helping professional (for 25+ years) to problem solve and meet my clients where they're at.

You may be struggling with a relationship, struggling with a physical or mental health issue or have persistent sadness or worries that are getting in the way of your life. I am open to working with clients of diverse experiences and struggles.

I'm trustworthy, open-minded and a good listener. I want to help my clients achieve their goals and work through challenges they may be facing.

Desire to make positive changes in their life. I enjoy helping people who have struggled with depression, anxiety, grief, relationship concerns, and addictions. I believe all challenges can be overcome with the proper attitude and support.

I know therapy can have a positive impact on a person's life. I enjoy helping people achieve their goals and to become the person they want to be.
