We’ll sort through what’s wearing you down and address the patterns holding you back. No need to hide, pretend you’re okay, or find the perfect words to explain your feelings. If you don’t know where to start, we’ll figure it out together.

One day you might leave with a new skill to try or encouragement you didn’t know you needed. Other days you may need to talk more, and I’ll listen. We’ll recognize the progress you’re making, even if it feels small, and use those moments to build momentum. I’ll always point out the strengths you may not see in yourself and celebrate your successes with you.

My clients are often weighed down by stress, anxiety or depression. Many are navigating grief, relationship struggles, or major life changes. Some carry the weight of past trauma or substance use. They appreciate having a space where they can laugh, cry, and say the hardest things out loud to move them toward steadier emotions and more balance in daily life.

I’m fascinated by how the brain shapes our emotions and choices, and how resilience can emerge from the hardest times. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and the value and importance of being seen, heard, and understood. It brings me joy to help clients recognize the strength they already carry and use it to create the life they want.
