The most important thing to know about me is that I listen attentively and ask questions to fully understand each of my client's unique situations. Once I fully understand my client's needs, I tailor my approaches to meet their individual needs.

Kids, teens and young adults work with me to develop skills, overcome negative patterns of thinking and to navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, school or peer issues, family relationships, low self-esteem, grief or sexual identity concerns.

My clients see me as an incredibly attentive listener. They'd describe me as empathetic, thoughtful, kind, open minded, dependable and helpful.

Having support early in life is critical to each person's long-term well-being. Addressing issues early can often help individuals change patterns of thinking and develop healthy skills before issues become more difficult to address later in life.

I subscribe to the belief of the Dalai Lama that life is short and that we should use our time meaningfully by helping others in any way we can.

I offer in-person or online therapy. My office is centrally located and is within a 20 minute drive of almost anywhere in or around Dayton.
