We’ll use specific techniques to build on your strengths, break your goals into manageable steps and practice new skills to help you figure things out. My hope is that you'll find me to be a safe person to partner with; someone you can be 100% open and honest with, so we can face each challenge together. You don't need to be or feel 100% ready to start.

Each session we'll start with what’s on your mind, ensuring our work is relevant to your life right now. We’ll connect it to your overarching goals, break them into manageable steps and practice new skills. We'll get curious about your thoughts and responses to them, work on accepting what’s outside your control and focus on moving toward the life you want.

My clients say I'm a thoughtful, warm, and relatable partner. My main goal is to be a safe person you can face challenges with. But I’m also here to gently challenge you to make small changes and see things from a different perspective. Clients have told me that feeling a sense of unconditional acceptance was therapeutic in and of itself.

I specialize in working mostly with adults facing challenges with anxiety, depression, grief, or significant life transitions. Many of my clients are also working through relationship issues or simply feel overwhelmed by stress. They're looking to build a trusted support system to help them develop new skills and make meaningful progress in their lives.

My path to becoming a therapist wasn't a straight line. I started my career in a completely different field and realized it wasn't the right fit for me. That experience led me on a journey of self-discovery that taught me the importance of aligning your life with your strengths and values. It’s what inspired me to help others do the same in their own lives.
