I want to inspire individuals to live their best life – this often includes identifying and replacing problematic thinking, recognizing faulty patterns of interaction, repairing hurts/rebuilding trust, and learning healthy ways to resolve conflict.

Identify areas of need so you can be your best self. We will work on areas of your life you want to improve, while building on and feeling good about the progress you have already made throughout your life.

Nonjudgmental, warm, and collaborative. I believe my clients see me as a trustworthy partner, able to help them with a wide range of struggles.

I have had tremendous success working with people that have struggled with depression, mood disorders, anxiety, relationship concerns, parenting, grief, addiction and various other concerns and mental health issues.

I have a strong desire to learn about our relationships with others and ourselves and I want to use my knowledge to help others experience wellness.
