I strongly believe that clients are the experts in their own lives. My job is merely to facilitate clients in recognizing their skills and solving problems in ways that are valuable to them.

Identify your goals and work toward reaching these. Often, my goal for you is to help you build a life you don't feel the need to run or hide from.

I particularly love working with people who feel their issues are "too much" or may have even been referred elsewhere by prior therapists. I really enjoy working with people with complex trauma, borderline personality disorder and addictions.

I know, personally, the power of supportive people and good mental health care. I enjoy walking along side people, helping them identify and develop their strenghths so they can lead fulfilling lives.

I feel very strongly that my clients have the capacity for their own healing. I am merely a guide, providing space for you to tap into this capacity. I am fascinated by how culture impacts how we see and inter act with our world.
