I use approaches such as DBT, EMDR and the wellness wheel to help you build a personalized roadmap for lasting change.

We will focus on the changes you truly desire, exploring your inner world—your emotions, thoughts, and experiences. When you feel stuck, I will be there to guide and support you, helping you gain insight and clarity along the way. Healing is a powerful and beautiful journey, and together we will walk that path toward growth and restoration.

I create a safe and supportive space for you to do the deep inner work necessary for growth. While this work can be challenging, I will be your guide, walking alongside you every step of the way. You will feel lighter and grounded.

I specialize in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, boundaries, self-care, burnout, spirituality, grief, trauma, people-pleasing, codependency, and attachment challenges. I work with those who struggle with fear of showing their authentic selves, helping them build courage, self-awareness, and lasting change.

I became a therapist because I believe it is my life’s purpose. I deeply trust in the power of the therapy process. I also know what it feels like to sit in your chair, I have experienced therapy myself, and it is a humbling honor to share that journey with you.

I am passionate about helping others and guiding them toward growth. Through education and support, I help you develop the skills to become your own therapist, building self-awareness, resilience, and the ability to effectively use your own tools.
